Description Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Underground Project Manager to lead and deliver underground mining operations at our Norseman project. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client engagement. The Project Manager is accountable for achieving all project objectives and targets to ensure the successful delivery of the project. This includes end‑to‑end project planning and execution; leadership of people and resources; strict compliance with health, safety, training, environmental, and quality systems; administration of commercial and cost control systems; contract management; and overall leadership and direction of the project team. Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and direction to the project team to achieve project objectives and targets Plan, coordinate, execute, and review all project activities to achieve client outcomes Ensure clear coordination of personnel, equipment, and activities across the project Manage the project budget and administer cost control systems Protect and manage the commercial interests of the project Ensure timely and accurate monthly claims, approvals, and payments Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role Demonstrated experience in an underground mining environment Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and resources Outstanding leadership, people management, and team development skills Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management capability Superior problem‑solving skills with adaptability in a dynamic environment Proven planning, organisational, and attention‑to‑detail skills
