We are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse All-Rounders to join their supportive and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent day shift work with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role. What you’ll be doing Predominantly RF picking in a freezer environment (approx. 95%) Occasional operation of counterbalance and high reach forklifts (approx. 5%) Operating a 3-tonne forklift , including stacking up to 4 pallets high RF scanning and accurate order picking Safe manual handling of stock (up to 15kg) Working efficiently in cold/freezer conditions Supporting general warehouse operations as required Maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork What we’re looking for Minimum 6 months warehouse experience Previous freezer or cold storage experience highly regarded Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) Confident operating counterbalance forklift Physically fit and able to comfortably lift up to 15kg Reliable transport to and from Villawood Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic What’s in it for you Stable ongoing work Competitive hourly rate Long-term temp to permanent opportunity Supportive team environment and strong workplace culture Opportunity to join a well-established and growing food industry business About Synergie Australia Synergie Australia delivers a full 360° recruitment solution across temporary and permanent staffing.
