The Role We're partnering with a highly regarding Strata business for a Senior Team Assistant to work closely with experienced Strata Managers. You will play a key role in keeping portfolios running smoothly, coordinating meetings and managing communications to handle the day-to-day flow of operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions across AGMs, SCMs, and EGMs Manage day-to-day communications via emails, calls, and client correspondence Coordinate meetings, notices, and documentation end-to-end Liaise with trades and contractors regarding quotes, work orders, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are consistently up to date Monitor action items and ensure timely resolution across portfolios Provide hands-on support to Strata Managers across workflow and priorities Step into increased responsibility over time as you build toward your own portfolio What We're Looking For Experience in a strata assistant / team assistant role Strong organisation and attention to detail Confidence communicating with clients, committees, and trades A proactive mindset, someone who takes ownership, not just instruction Interest in building a long-term career in strata What Stands Out Strong internal structure with clear processes, systems, and support in place Genuine collaborative team environment Exposure to quality portfolios and experienced leadership Clear pathway into a Strata Manager position Earning potential through Schedule B’s from early on If this feels like the right next step, it’s worth a conversation.
