SLH Group is seeking an experienced and ticket-holding Dogmen for an ongoing placement on a large-scale residential development in Lismore, NSW. This is a substantial project offering 4–5 months of consistent, stable work with a well-regarded Tier 2 construction company. Responsibilities: Slinging and attaching precast concrete panels, beams, columns, and structural steel to the crane using chains, slings, and shackles Directing the crane operator via hand signals and radio communication during all lifts Lifting and placing formwork, reinforcing steel (reo), concrete buckets, and prefabricated components including bathroom pods, stair units, and facade elements Moving and managing materials safely around site. courtyards, car park structures, and floor plates Spotting blind lifts where the operator cannot see the load or landing zone Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all site safety requirements at all times What We Need From You: HRW - Dogmen ticket White Card Proven experience on commercial or residential high-rise construction sites Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with crane operators and site supervisors Proactive attitude, someone who takes ownership and keeps the project moving Reliable and available for the full duration of the project If you're interested in this role, click 'Apply Now' to submit your updated CV or contact us for a confidential discussion.
