The continued growth and best practise focus for quality Alternative Investments focusing on the Seafood Industry have driven the requirement for this new Portfolio Manager position. This challenging new Portfolio Manager position will be focused on a variety of investment research activities to support the CIO, ensuring the quality oversight of the Seafood Portfolio Assets in accordance with the Funds investment philosophies and best practise investment principles. Focusing on delivering the strategic research needed, your challenges will be to develop and implement asset strategies, maximise income and capital value and deliver high quality services that enhance the portfolio ensuring continued top quartile investment performance. To be successful you will ideally have previous Portfolio Manager experience (7-10 years ) from either the Investment Management, Superannuation or Property Industry. You will bring proven Portfolio Manager experience in an alternative investments as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collegiate best practise approach. Experience in the ability to understand, analyse and resolve more complex leases or economic impacts from the seafood, agribusiness or property industry will be highly regarded. A academic degree profile in Finance is ideal with postgraduate studies in CFA or Masters will be considered favourably for this new Portfolio Manager position.
