Full-time Supply Chain Analyst available in St Peters, NSW 2044. The company supports a wide network of retail partners and business clients, delivering reliable supply chain, procurement, and distribution services. Due to continued business growth and increasing operational demands, ABM Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the efficient management of inventory, procurement, and logistics operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring stock availability, optimising supply chain processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyse and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, including order fulfilment, inventory flow, and distribution performance Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOT, order accuracy, and lead times to improve operational efficiency Perform data analysis on order processing, delivery performance, and backlog trends to support continuous improvement Conduct cost analysis across freight, logistics, and procurement activities to identify optimisation opportunities Prepare and analyse reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse performance, including slow-moving stock Utilise ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and data tools to support reporting and decision-making Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to support efficient supply chain operations Qualifications and Skills: Essential Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP or similar) Understanding of wholesale distribution or telecommunications industry Advanced Excel or data analysis skills Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration ranges $90,000 - $100,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
