About the Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of inbound and outbound sales and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients. This is a ready-to-go role : there is already inbound demand, existing lead flow, and a defined sales process in place. Your focus is on executing, closing deals, and driving consistent revenue. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads, running discovery and strategy calls, and closing clients, while also activating outbound opportunities from an existing lead base. What success looks like: consistently hitting revenue targets, maintaining strong close rates (20–30%), and converting qualified leads into paying clients efficiently. This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, confident on calls, and knows how to move opportunities through the pipeline swiftly.
