We are looking for an experienced Chef to join the growing kitchen team at Marsden Brewhousein Sydney's Northwest. Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast paced, high volume service, take pride in food presentation and be effective in a busy team environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present a wide variety of dishes to a high standard. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared efficiently and safely. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste. Maintain compliance with food safety standards and workplace health & safety regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef/management team to design, cost, and update seasonal menus. Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive team culture. Ensure all dishes are delivered on time, maintaining portion control and presentation consistency. Contribute ideas for specials, menu improvements, and kitchen efficiency. About You Proven experience as a Chef in a busy hotel, restaurant, or similar environment at least 1 years experience Relevant trade qualfication is desired Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Good communication, leadership, and time-management skills. Passion for quality food and a commitment to excellent customer service.
