About the Position: The Office Manager is a key leadership role at N R Singh Pty Ltd, responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Brisbane office. This position ensures efficient resource allocation, staff coordination, and compliance support, enabling our transport and logistics teams to focus on delivering reliable freight services across Queensland. As the central point of office management, the Office Manager plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency that underpin our reputation as a trusted logistics partner. Key Responsibilities: Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and maintaining office service standards to support overall business efficiency. Allocating human resources, space, and equipment while assigning work and monitoring staff performance. Managing office records, accounts, invoicing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaising with internal transport teams, clients, suppliers, and external professionals to coordinate operations and resolve administrative issues. Overseeing physical facilities, equipment maintenance, and office supplies to keep the workplace fully operational. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies. Providing administrative support for logistics coordination, including shipment-related documentation and customer inquiries as required.
