As a Team Leader, Operations, you’ll lead the daytoday delivery of operational services within Operations. You’ll balance performance, people leadership and customer outcomes—creating an environment where your team feels supported, capable and motivated to deliver consistently high standards. You’ll play a handson role in workforce management, continuous improvement and risk management, while working closely with stakeholders to implement change and improve how services are delivered. Day to day, you'll: Managing daytoday operational performance using workforce management tools Managing people activities including 1:1s, performance reviews, leave, training and recruitment Supporting risk, compliance and incident management within your team Leading, coaching and developing a team to meet service standards and performance targets Resolving escalated customer complaints and identifying systemic service improvements This is a permanent opportunity.
