C.ex Group Training Solutions Coffs Coast Region Full Time (38hr per week) Starting Salary - $80,000 12% Super C.ex Group Training Solutions is a newly registered RTO (November 2024) and part of the well-established C.ex Group club business. We are entering an exciting growth phase and are seeking a highly hands-on, industry-experienced Training & Compliance Lead to take operational responsibility for our RTO delivery. This is a practical, delivery-focused role responsible for the day-to-day operations of the RTO. The position works alongside the Club Training Manager (who oversees broader club training and RTO governance), with direct responsibility for implementation, compliance and delivery. About the Role You will be responsible for: Managing student enrolments and lifecycle processes Delivering and coordinate training and assessment Ensuring compliance with ASQA Standards and RTO regulatory requirements Managing validation and moderation activities Maintaining and updating training and assessment resources Liaising with regulatory bodies, including Liquor & Gaming NSW and the NSW Food Authority, regarding student credentials and compliance requirements Maintaining trainer and assessor currency records Supporting audit preparation and compliance documentation Working closely with local schools and industry partners Supporting delivery of both accredited and non-accredited short courses Scope of Delivery Qualifications within scope include: Certificate III in Hospitality Certificate IV in Hospitality Accredited Short Courses: RSA RCG ARCG Food Safety Supervisors Non-accredited short courses: Café Skills Bar Operations Accommodation Services About You You are an experienced hospitality professional who understands both operational realities and VET compliance requirements. Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years’ recent hospitality industry experience (including commercial kitchen and Food Safety experience) Qualifications equal to or above the level being delivered Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or higher VET qualification Demonstrated VET currency within the last 12 months Experience delivering Certificate III and IV in Hospitality Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and RTO obligations Experience in validation and moderation processes Experience using an LMS/SMS (Axcelerate highly desirable) Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Desirable Experience working with secondary schools Experience in small or newly established RTO environments Resource development experience Audit preparation experience Further Information If you would like to discuss the position confidentially, please contact: Gill Robson 0455 123 258 Applications close: 5pm Friday 15 May, 2026 To apply: Please submit your CV and a cover letter addressing the essential criteria to gill.robson@cex.com.au
