SGAC at West HQ is seeking a dedicated Aquatics Supervisor to join the team on a Full time basis. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering a fun and engaging learn-to-swim environment. About the role: As our Aquatics Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Learn to Swim and other Aquatic programs. Working closely with the Program Manager, you’ll help keep things running smoothly while leading and inspiring a team of passionate Swimming Teachers. But that’s not all—this role puts you at the heart of our swim community! You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, ensuring every swimmer and their family have the best experience possible. Plus, you’ll conduct assessments, champion water safety, and help grow our swim school family.
