About the opportunity: This role will be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying vehicle parts to customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts Liaising with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries Assist with stock checking and order processing Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts. Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA) Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service An attractive retainer and commission package for the right candidate! About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
