As The ZERO Laboratory and Quality Coordinator this role provides essential administrative and operational support for ZERO Diagnostics, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of both quality systems and laboratory operations, contributing to the timely delivery of precision oncology diagnostics for children and young people with cancer. Working within a small, dynamic team, this role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent activities across quality and operational functions. The ZERO Laboratory and Quality Coordinator provides critical support that enables technical and scientific staff to focus on core diagnostic activities while maintaining the rigorous documentation and compliance standards required for clinical laboratory accreditation. To succeed you will have… A Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, life sciences, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a research or clinical laboratory environment. Demonstrated experience with laboratory administration and coordination. Experience with document control and records management systems. Demonstrated experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with PC2 laboratory environments and biosafety practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
