There are two positions to be filled. You will collaborate with the Principal and leadership team to support school improvement, strengthen teaching and learning, and guide staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive education. There are TWO temporary full-time positions available for six month periods in 2026, unless otherwise determined. About The Role As a Deputy Principal at Augusta State School you will work collaboratively with a strong leadership team to lead the school community to implement a shared vision, focused on: Maintaining and developing school culture through strategic leadership and instructional leadership to enhance outcomes for all students; Leading and driving school improvement to improve whole school A-E data; Leading the development and growth of pedagogy and data literacies in all staff to deliver a quality differentiated curriculum; Leading and growing a safe and supportive learning culture.
