The role of the Manager is to lead and manage the Family Care and Connection Team in the delivery of high quality, culturally appropriate, child protection services to children, young people, families, carers and communities serviced by our Child Safety Service Centres. This is achieved through the implementation of quality casework and case management systems/practices/standards and practice framework, the establishment of enduring productive partnerships with carers, the community, public and non-government sectors, service providers and the ongoing professional development and management of staff. You are also responsible for managing the financial, physical, and human resources within the Kin Care Connection Team. Travel is a requirement of the role.
