20th April, 2026 Our client is a leading WA EPC(M) with numerous projects across mining and base metals projects. As a result of continued growth, they are seeking a Senior / Lead Structural Designer to add to their team. The role will report directly to a Senior / Lead Engineer, and you will be responsible for producing all 2D Layouts (AutoCAD or MicroStation) and 3D Modelling with Tekla. Additionally, you will be tasked with supervising and leading Junior / Intermediate Designers to ensure quality and timeliness of work. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of previous experience working for an Engineering Consultancy within mining projects, with the proven ability to lead and develop staff. You will have strong communication, problem solving skills and take a high level of pride in your work. The role is based in West Perth, offering a flexible salary or ongoing contract rate.
