About the Position: In the role of Chef at Peterson House Ltd, you will be a key member of the kitchen team at Restaurant Cuvée. You will prepare and deliver high-quality modern Australian dishes for our daily breakfast and lunch services, utilising fresh Hunter Valley produce to create exceptional cuisine that complements our signature sparkling wines. This hands-on position ensures smooth station operations, upholds our high standards of taste, presentation and guest satisfaction, and supports the delivery of memorable dining experiences in our dynamic vineyard venue. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes for your designated kitchen station in accordance with seasonal menus and recipes Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, flavour consistency, and presentation Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols Efficiently managing mise en place, ingredient preparation, and station organisation to support smooth service Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver timely and exceptional dining experiences during breakfast and lunch services Minimising waste and assisting with stock rotation and inventory management Supporting special events, weddings, and dietary accommodations as required Requirements : Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
