Located in Blacktown, the store provides fresh, ready-to-eat sushi and quick-service retail offerings to the local multicultural community through a standardized supply chain and operational model. Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and monitoring of stock levels, to ensure smooth and efficient performance. ·Liaise with suppliers to coordinate ordering cycles and procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with store sales patterns and supply requirements. ·Manage product sales and provide product mix recommendations to customers, analyse sales data and market trends, and adjust promotional activities based on franchisor guidelines and store-specific conditions to drive revenue growth. ·Monitor and manage operating budgets, cost control and track overall profitability to enhance cost efficiency and business profitability. ·Regularly update the Store Director and franchisor on store operations, highlight key issues, and implement recommended actions to improve performance and support continuous improvement. ·Responsible for the staff management, including rostering, supervision, recruitment and development to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. ·Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to maintain a compliant and safe retail environment. Qualifications & experience AQF Diploma, Previous experience in a retail management role. Understanding of inventory control and cost management.
