We are looking for full time Chefs to join our kitchen Team Duties and responsibilities Preparing and cooking food as per restaurant menu Planning menu items Estimate food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies Ensure quality and presentation of all foods Training and developing kitchen staff Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment Discussing food preparation issues with senior management Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure Workplace Select and train staff Freeze and preserve foods Qualifications and Experience Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management Must have experience worked as Chef minimum 1 year If you’re ready to bring your passion and skills to a place where you can grow and thrive, apply now with us.
