Co-Store Manager | Emporium | Premium Menswear | Flagship Retail I'm currently partnering with a leading Australian premium menswear retailer to recruit a Co-Store Manager for their flagship Emporium Melbourne location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, high-volume flagship store and take joint ownership of one of the brand's most important trading environments. The store is fast-paced, commercially driven, and highly focused on tailoring, client experience, and elevated service standards. About the Role As Co-Store Manager, you will share full leadership responsibility for the store's performance, working closely with your leadership counterpart to drive sales, culture, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong emphasis on commercial outcomes, client development, and premium service execution. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of store sales performance and KPI delivery Lead and manage a medium to large team (10-20 depending on trade periods) Drive conversion, UPT, ATV and clienteling performance Oversee premium tailoring and menswear service execution Coach senior team members and develop future leaders Execute visual merchandising to strict brand standards Manage rostering, wage control, stock integrity and shrinkage Deliver a consistently elevated in-store customer experience What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior Co-Manager level leader (flagship experience highly regarded) Strong background in menswear, tailoring, suiting or premium fashion retail Confident operating in a high-volume, flagship retail environment Commercially driven - KPI ownership is second nature Strong people leadership with a focus on coaching and performance development Polished, professional presentation aligned to premium brand standards What's on Offer Base salary circa $80K - $90K Super (experience dependent) Performance-based bonus/incentive structure Opportunity to lead within a flagship Emporium store Strong career pathway within a national premium retail group High-visibility role with genuine leadership influence About You You are a commercially sharp retail leader who thrives in a premium environment.
