Skilled Civil Labourers | Multiple Sites (Wagga Wagga) Worksforyou is proud to be partnering with a leading building company that operates across multiple sites in the Wagga Wagga region . We are currently seeking multiple motivated and experienced Skilled Labourers to join their team for an expansive project schedule. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working alongside a dedicated Foreman and Leading Hand on a pipeline of work scheduled through the end of 2026. We are looking for "all-rounders" who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a solid background in civil, carpentry, or concreting works. Project Details Start Date: Between 27 April and 11 May 2026 Duration: Full-time hours through December 2026 Location: Various sites across Wagga Wagga, NSW Key Responsibilities Assisting with formwork and steel fixing (highly advantageous). General site preparation and civil labouring tasks across multiple local locations. Working closely with the Foreman and Leading Hand to meet project milestones. Safe operation of hand and power tools. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite in accordance with OHS standards. Working with machinery such as scissor lifts, rollers and forklifts etc. Requirements & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess: Experience: Proven history as a skilled labourer in civil, carpentry, or concreting environments. Safety: Valid White Card ( Essential ). Awareness: Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certificates ( Essential ). Tickets: Valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket ( Advantageous ). Transport: Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport to move between local sites. Equipment: Must provide your own steel-cap boots, nail bag, and basic PPE.
