SENSES HR PTY LIMITED trading as Senses Early Learning Centre Milsons Point, located in Milsons Point NSW 2061, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Childcare Worker to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide care and supervision for children in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and daily routines. Support children’s hygiene, meals, rest time, and general day-to-day care needs. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised environment in line with workplace health and safety requirements. Observe children’s behaviour and development, and report any concerns to senior staff when required. Follow centre policies and procedures, including child safety and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth daily operation of the early learning centre. About you: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Childcare Worker. Sound understanding of childcare practices and early childhood development. Ability to provide attentive, patient, and compassionate care to young children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy childcare environment. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and child protection requirements. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of care. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per annum.
