Working within a team of approximately 40 chefs, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency across all production. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of Asian cuisine dishes to a high standard Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict production deadlines Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations What We're Looking For Proven, hands-on experience in Asian cuisine (essential) Must have full work rights in Australia Ability to work autonomously and manage your own section confidently Demonstrated experience in high-pressure, high-volume kitchens Strong time management and organisational skills A professional, reliable, and disciplined work ethic Clear understanding of food safety standards Important Information This is a demanding role in a fast-paced production kitchen — not a restaurant environment The business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year , so flexibility during Mon-Friday (including night shifts) is essential You will be working as part of a large, diverse culinary team where efficiency and teamwork are critical Why Join Dnata Catering?
