The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the leasing function and delivering a high level of service to prospective tenants and landlords. Your duties will include: Conducting property inspections and open homes Managing enquiry and application follow-ups Assisting with tenant processing and leasing administration Coordinating viewings and liaising with prospective tenants Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing activities Maintaining accurate records and database updates About You We are looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented, and confident in dealing with people from all walks of life. You will ideally bring: Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential) Current Police Check (or willing to obtain) Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good organisational skills and attention to detail Availability to work Saturdays (preferred) This role would suit a mature, dependable individual who is looking for stability and an opportunity to grow within the real estate industry.
