HSEQ Coordinator (Entry Level) Location: Canning Vale, WA Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week) Salary: Competitive About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSEQ Coordinator to join a well-established electrical services business based in Canning Vale. This is a full-time, office-based role offering an excellent entry point into Health, Safety, Environment & Quality within the electrical and construction industry. You will support the ongoing development and maintenance of HSEQ systems across office and field operations, helping to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating HSEQ systems, documentation, and procedures Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and compliance checks Maintain safety registers, training records, and compliance documentation Support onboarding and induction processes for employees and contractors Assist in risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) Contribute to preparation for internal and external audits Liaise with office staff, supervisors, and field teams to ensure HSEQ compliance Promote a proactive safety culture across all areas of the business About You Interest in Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) with a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working in a full-time office-based environment Able to work collaboratively and take direction Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exposure to electrical, construction, or trade environments is an advantage but not essential Desirable (Not Essential) HSEQ qualification or currently studying (e.g. Certificate IV in WHS) White Card Basic understanding of WHS legislation or safety systems What We Offer Stable, full-time office-based role (38 hours per week) Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team environment with on-the-job training provided Opportunity to build a long-term career in HSEQ Exposure to a busy and growing electrical services environment
