What you’ll be doing: Owning end-to-end payroll across Australia, USA, Canada and the UK Managing both weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles across multiple jurisdictions Navigating complex payroll environments, particularly across the US (multi-state compliance) Ensuring accuracy across timesheets, overtime, leave, commissions and benefits Managing payroll compliance, tax obligations and reporting across all regions Partnering closely with Finance and HR to ensure seamless payroll operations Handling employee queries with a responsive, solutions-focused approach Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes Driving better use of systems and improving overall payroll “hygiene” What you’ll bring: Proven experience in an end-to-end payroll role Exposure to multi-entity or multi-country payroll OR the capability to step into it Strong technical capability with Excel and payroll systems Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and figures things out High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability A mindset of continuous improvement , not just process-following Someone who genuinely enjoys payroll and wants to own it long-term What’s on offer: Join a high-growth, internationally recognised brand Full ownership of payroll — make the role your own Opportunity to build, improve and streamline systems and processes Highly collaborative, hands-on culture with strong internal visibility Gold Coast HQ with a strong in-office culture
