UON is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Projects site team on a 2:1 roster. To be successful in this role you must have - WA ‘A’ Class Electrical License Scheduled 26 certification High Voltage Operators Accreditation Key duties of this role include: Accept statutory appointment as an Electrical Supervisor on a 2:1 roster and ensure compliance with associated statutory responsibilities. Supervise and coordinate the electrical activities ensuring productive and quality work outputs. Supervise and coordinate regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Supervise critical HV and LV electrical maintenance tasks ensuring the work is completed safely and on time. Assist, guide and mentor the team as required and provide hands on assistance as required. Liaise closely with the superintendent and process team to prioritise electrical services. Assist in work planning, scheduling and resource allocation with a focus on the weekly electrical maintenance plan. Understand the monthly process forecast and communicate plant targets with the maintenance team. Ensure employees receive adequate training and instruction to perform their work. Discharge of obligations under Section 44 of the WA Mines Safety & Inspections Act Compliance with WA Mines Safety and Inspections Act and Regulations and Duty of Care.
