You will be joining a growing civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across water, sewer and utility infrastructure. They've built a business that still feels agile and hands-on, but with the structure, systems and pipeline you'd expect from a top-tier contractor. What's on Offer: $140k - $180k super (flexible depending on experience) Strong pipeline of secured work across Sunshine Coast & Moreton Bay Direct access to leadership - work closely with decision-makers on tenders and strategy Long-term development - opportunity to grow into leading the pre-construction function About the Role: This is a key role within the business, focused on preparing competitive and accurate tenders across water infrastructure projects typically ranging from $1m - $5m, with the opportunity to step into larger project bids as the company continues to grow. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, project delivery teams and clients, taking ownership of the tender process from initial enquiry through to submission. You're not stepping into a role where you're just pricing off drawings—you'll have input into methodology, programme, and overall project strategy. This position is well suited to either an experienced Estimator or a Project Engineer looking to gain more exposure across pre-construction and estimating. What You Will Bring: You are an Estimator or Project Engineer with a strong understanding of civil infrastructure projects, particularly within water, sewer or utilities. You're commercially aware and confident contributing to well-structured tenders.
