All towers are set up with its own team, including General, Structures and Finishes foremen. You will report directly to the General Foreman on your tower, taking full ownership of structural works and driving programme, coordination and delivery. This is a large, complex build operating in a union-style environment, with EBA subcontractors across site. The Company You’ll be joining a builder/developer delivering major high-rise residential projects across the Gold Coast. Projects are large-scale, well-funded, and structured with strong site teams and clear reporting lines. This is a business focused on long-term delivery, not short-term turnover.
