This is a hands-on role offering variety and flexibility. This is mixed role of physical and admin work. Part-time hours to suit your lifestyle! Key Responsibilities Picking, packing, and dispatching orders from the warehouse Responding to customer and supplier inquiries via email Inventory management and sales administration support Coordinating deliveries and handling import/export (trade administration) tasks Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to products and deliveries About You Able to provide flexible, hands-on support in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to manage tasks independently Detail-oriented and committed to completing tasks accurately and efficiently Physically capable of manual work, including lifting and warehouse duties A team player who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with others Previous work experience in Japan is plus Working Conditions Flexible part-time hours (Monday to Friday) - schedule negotiable Lifestyle-friendly shifts available (e.g. 10:00am-2:30pm) Salary in line with Australian award rates (based on experience and skills) Requirements Must hold a valid work visa for Australia (Citizens, permanent residents, Graduate visa or student visa valid long time) Valid Australian driver's licence required Why Join Us?
