We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the APAC rollout of integrated, “built‑on” products and services—primarily across Workday and SAP environments. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in complex SaaS programs, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and brings structure, clarity, and commercial rigour to large‑scale delivery. You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end program leadership, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups (including technology teams), and ensuring consistent, best‑practice delivery across APAC and global teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi‑workstream programs from initiation through to closure Own integrated project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and profitability Act as the central point of coordination for clients and internal stakeholders, including C‑suite engagement Proactively manage scope, risk, quality, and delivery outcomes Drive disciplined governance, reporting, and documentation Partner with commercial and consulting leaders to identify upsell and extension opportunities Support sales, pilots, and operational scoping as needed Embed continuous improvement through lessons learned and process refinement Professional Experience/Qualifications: 10 years’ program / project management experience, ideally within SaaS, HCM, or enterprise platform implementations Strong exposure to Workday and/or SAP programs (highly desirable) Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and remote, cross‑functional teams Commercial acumen—comfortable owning budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and margin Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Proficiency in MS Office and project tools such as Smartsheet Project Management certification and a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
