Boutique Builder/Developer with bullet proof pipeline Flexible working arrangements available Open to full-time OR part-time candidates (WFH, school pick up/drop off) Our Client is a long-standing, full turn key builder and builder/developer of institutional and commercial projects based in the South Eastern suburbs. Project values range from $1M - $20M. They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are on the hunt for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business. The role will work closely with the Senior PM on 3 - 5 projects concurrently and will oversee procurement, sub-contracts, variations, claims, RFI's as well as general coordination and document control. The ideal candidate will: Have completed a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or construction/project management and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Be a self starter capable of working without direction or micro- management Be able to multi task effectively Be well presented and an effective communicator Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with a reputable and established business that can offer stability & longevity. It's also worth noting, that they are open to considering both full-time OR part-time candidates and are open to a degree of flexibility around working arrangements/WFH (part office and part WFH).
