The Opportunity Working in a busy, telephone based environment, you'll manage an existing portfolio of clients with a focus on customer relationship management, renewals and retention. You'll take ownership of your assigned client base, regularly reviewing client needs, recommending updated solutions and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships over time. Client portfolios are refreshed regularly, providing clear ownership while being well supported by your team and leadership.
