We have several Site Manager roles in different locations in Regional Victoria. Various long-term / short-term contracts with Accommodation/Travel covered Projects ranging in value from $3M - $500M We have several Site Manager and Supervisor roles available for numerous Clients in different parts of Regional Victoria. Whilst Melbourne is relatively quiet at present, Country Victoria is firing on all cylinders! These Clients range from major 2nd tier builders through to mid-tier and local specialists. This level of activity means we are screaming out for commercial-sector experienced Site Managers and Supervisors as the regional locations just don't have the local talent available. We have Clients/Projects in: Warrnambool Ballarat Bendigo Shepparton Gippsland Swan Hill Phillip Island Projects range from commercial offices, through to health/hospitals, schools and aged care facilities with values ranging from $3M - $500M. To be considered you must have previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial, health, institutional or education projects. You will be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry, with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage projects for high-profile Regional Clients. In return you will receive either permanent or fixed-term employment in Regional Victoria with travel and/or accommodation costs covered. Salaries vary for each role/builder with a range of $70.00 - $100.00 per hour rate and potential salary packages offered.
