They have been in operation for over 40 years and turnover in excess of $800M annually. They specialise in commercial, education, apartment & institutional projects ranging in value from $30M - $300M. They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to add a capable up & comer to a $180M commercial project located just off the CBD. The role is a Project Coordinator / Junior CA styled position. It will be tucked under and learn from an experienced Senior Project Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management. To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline. We are open to looking at fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years industry experience. More important than experience is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine work ethic and desire to succeed.
