They have been in operation for over 50 years delivering projects across all major market sectors ranging in value from $1M - $200M. Like most builders they are specialising more and more in design & construct projects so are looking to add an additional resource to the design department. The successful candidate will be based on-site on a $300M mixed-use commercial and apartment project in the Inner suburbs and assist with documentation, RFI's, consultant engagement & liaison, general coordination & administration. To be considered you will have had a minimum of 2 years professional experience and come with formal tertiary qualifications in architecture or a construction-related discipline. Ideally you will have previous builder-side experience (in a CA, PC or design-related role).
