Growing & financially stable structures sub-contractor Positive & social culture where everyone pushes in the same direction Open to leading hands or established supervisors Our Client is a steadily growing 'full package' structures contractor. They will undertake the in-ground, concrete, reo & formwork packages of a project. They have been in operation for almost 10 years working in the 2nd/3rd tier non-EBA sector working with a raft of well-known builders delivering projects in the institutional, apartment, education and commercial sectors. They have had several recent successes at the tender table so now require an additional Supervisor to manage full structures in the $1M - $5M range. The role will cover on-site supervision of between 5 - 20 staff, managing quality, driving program and liaising with the main contractor. To be considered you MUST come from a formwork or concreting background with previous structures experience. You must have held a leading hand or supervisor's role previously either main contractor or sub-contractor side. Equally important to previous experience is the right attitude. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual with a can-do attitude who wants to grow with the business. In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with a salary ranging from $140,000 - $170,000 super depending on previous experience.
