About the Role As a Lead Educator, you will: Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room Design and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensure compliance with the NQS and centre policies Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment About You You bring: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Proven experience as a Lead Educator or strong experience ready to step up Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QIP processes Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood education Why Busy Bees?
