The key accountabilities of this position are: • Hands on completion and supervision of day-to-day store room tasks including distribution of goods from the store to production and service; • In partnership with Sales and Service, supports the on-boarding process for new customers to ensure contract start deadlines are met at the right quality standard; • Liaising with suppliers on the phone and face to face to ensure stock as at the right levels; • Completing stocktakes and inventory checks across all product lines in store; • Directing day-to-day activities of other store staff; • Administration of real time inventory reporting to provide up to date information to the Production Manager in regards to short supply issues in order to support Production and Service to manage customer expectations; and • Monitoring of the textile spend to ensure costs are not exceeding rolling month and / or annual budgets.
