We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at Gloria Jean’s Dubbo , located at Shop 8, 177 Macquarie St, Dubbo NSW 2830. As a growing retail business, we are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining efficient store operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to: · Determining product mix, stock levels and maintaining high service standards. · Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions. · Promoting and advertising the store’s products and services to drive sales. · Selling goods and assisting customers with product selection and usage advice. · Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions. · Preparing and managing budgets for the store. · Managing staff recruitment, training and ongoing supervision. · Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
