In this role you will work with a group of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to aged and disability clients living independently with chronic illnesses. Key Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will provide a variety of best practice services for clinical speciality areas including and not limited to: Continence management Diabetes management Palliative care Clinical Case management Wound care management Administer medications Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who has: Clinical experience and technical skills The ability to make sound autonomous decisions Collaborated with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care The ability to handle multiple clients with diverse needs Experience in educating clients and their families on disease management and prevention You will need: Essential requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA National Police Check & WWVP Clearance A valid unrestricted driver licence Why Join TDN?
