This role is designed as a pathway to Area Manager, giving you exposure to multi-site leadership and regional operations. This role will be located at Northern Bay Primary School where you will be the service leader, but provide support across the region covering Little river through to Bell Park. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to strengthen performance, build team capability and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across your cluster. You will: Support and mentor Coordinators across multiple services to build capability and confidence Provide on-the-ground leadership by stepping into services as needed Drive high-quality programming aligned to the TheirCare approach Build strong relationships across multiple school communities Support compliance, administration and performance outcomes across your cluster Assist with rostering, engagement and team development initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement across quality, safety and operations Hours: Monday to Friday with a mix of split shifts, service visits and dedicated admin time — no weekend work! About You You are an experienced OSHC or childcare professional ready to broaden your impact across multiple services. You enjoy mentoring others, solving problems and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will have: Previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator (or similar leadership role) A passion for developing people and building team capability Strong understanding of compliance, programming and service delivery Confidence working across multiple sites and adapting to different environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Qualifications & Requirements Completed an ACECQA diploma recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services or similar) A valid Employee Working with Children Check Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety & mandatory reporting certificates National Criminal History Check (within 6 months) Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the region Gecko – National Child Safety Training Ready to Take the Next Step?
