About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring seamless service, strong team performance, and an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, team leadership, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, considering seasonal availability, customer preferences, and cost control Set and review menu pricing to maintain profitability and market competitiveness Manage reservations, guest service flow, and front-of-house operations Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively resolve feedback or complaints Plan and coordinate functions, events, and group bookings Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for beverages and operational supplies Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and service standards Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate where required Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and financial transactions Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store activations Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cost control Skills & Experience Diploma in Hospitality Management (or related field), or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Proven leadership and team management capability Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of food safety and compliance standards Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Financial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets Why Join Kafi:n?
