As a Practice Lead, you'll strengthen Local Area Coordination (LAC) practice across your region, supporting staff to deliver high-quality, customer-centered services. You'll provide coaching, practice supervision and uplift capability; embed reflective practices; lead regional practice initiatives and support the implementation of national programs. Working closely with our operations and quality teams, you'll ensure consistent, best practice approaches aligned with the NDIS Act, NDIA requirements and the Partners in the Community (PitC) Deed. What you'll do: Provide 1:1 and group coaching to LACs and Team Leaders to strengthen confidence, capability and adherence to practice standards. Lead regional practice uplift projects and support national initiatives, adapting them to local needs. Facilitate reflective practice sessions and embed evidence-based best-practice frameworks. Translate audit insights, performance data and feedback into practical actions to improve regional practice. Provide practice supervision and guidance on complex cases or barriers, reinforcing a customer-centered approach. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver coordinated uplift and coaching. Gather community, participant and stakeholder feedback to inform service improvements. Report on regional practice activity, coaching delivered, emerging themes, and project and practice outcomes. What you'll bring: Experience in LAC practice, human services or community services. Demonstrated ability to coach others, lead reflective practice and build capability. Solid understanding of NDIA requirements, PitC Deed expectations and customer centered service delivery. Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills. Ability to translate data and themes into actionable improvements. Qualifications & Checks: Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in allied health, disability services, human services, community development, social work or a related field. Train the Trainer accreditation or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable) Current unrestricted Driver's Licence and access to reliable transport. NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain). Ability to undergo a NDIA Security Clearance. Ability to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. Valid Australian Working Rights. Lived experience of disability is highly valued.
