We are looking for professional and high-performing security supervisors. As a Shift Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of security services to meet our client’s needs while ensuring the team operates in alignment with Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. This is a full time role with rotational day and night shifts - 4 on 4 off roster- 0600-1800/1800-0600 Location: Truganina, VIC Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Supervising, leading, and coordinating the security team on shift. Ensuring strict adherence to all security policies, procedures, and client requirements. Conducting audits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance. Overseeing access management and security screening processes. Providing clear and timely communication with client teams and internal stakeholders. Preparing detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. At least five years of experience in the security industry, with prior supervisory experience highly desirable. Desired Skills And Experience Candidates must meet the following job criteria: Hold a Valid Security License in respective State (Class 1A or equivalent) Baseline /NV1 clearance is required Excellent communication skills and observational skills Customer service experience is essential with strong multi-tasking abilities Conflict resolution, negation skills and intermediate PC skills (MS Suite) required Exceptional customer service standards, greet visitors, and employees and assist as required Supervising, leading, and coordinating the security team on shift.
