What You'll Do Be part of a supportive team to help drive first call resolution and offer customers further assistance that meets their financial obligations Resolve complex cases regarding financial products & services in a timely manner Own a portfolio of individual customers whom you will support from beginning to end Understand & adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines Gain exposure to the broader Nissan Financial Services business with the ability to cross train with key departments Contribute to our success by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results Who You Are Proactive, supportive and empathetic to help our customers find unique solutions Superior communication skills and ability to learn & adapt to new systems Passionate about high performance and exceeding expectations Experience in debt collections, hardship, or financial services preferred Able to commit to 2 weeks of paid training upon starting Proficient with Microsoft Office Great time management and desire to work hard Available to work 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday in Mulgrave Why Join Nissan Financial Services?
