The Role: Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team at one of our major retail sites! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. Position Details Employment Type: Part-time Roster: Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM This position will be based on award wages . Key Responsibilities: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, often in a dock environment. Inspect and maintain cleanliness across various areas with strong attention to detail. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient operations. Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Manage and separate waste, including organic waste. About You: Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage. Proven experience of working in a team successfully. Dock cleaning experience preferred. The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work. Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required. Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus. You must have valid work rights in Australia.
