The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Sydney based team within our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth within their defined territory as well as supporting Health Care Professionals by providing excellent clinical education and support. This role would suit someone with CRM experience, nursing with a cardiac passion or Cathlab experience What You’ll Do Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory. Support all clinical CRM needs with pacemaker, defibrillator and heart failure devices with implants and clinics. Manage consignment stock. Support physicians, nurses, and cardiac technicians for all CRM clinical needs. Provide educational clinical in services to HCPs. Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed. Attend company sales meetings as required and act as a key contributor in sales meetings. Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth. Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning and internal resources to assist servicing customers. Maintain accurate customer profiles. Assist with product marketing and launches. Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity. This role requires participation in the relevant on-call roster applicable to your role. Required Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Medical, BioMed, Science, Nursing or Business Management field CRM, nursing, and/or Cathlab experience is preferred. You are required to obtain and maintain Abbott‑specified certification. Is intellectually curious and understands the responsibility of continuous learning and willingness to learn and be coached Has a passion for cardiology and delivering excellent customer clinical service. Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as well as other regions as required The ability to work autonomously and a drive to excel. Maintain a valid driver’s licence Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills. Willingness to relocate to Hobart. Preferred Qualifications and Experience IBHRE Certified preferred Prior CRM/cathlab experience highly preferred The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
