Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry Strong copywriting skills. Experience in drafting engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels and mediums. Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent. Knowledge of local market and consumer trends, and uderstanding of luxury hospitality and standards is a plus. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable events. A Glance at What You Will Do Brand & Content Management: Represent the W Melbourne brand across all marketing channels; creating and editing content for digital, print, menus and on‑property communications. Digital & Website Coordination: Maintain the W Melbourne and outlet websites, third‑party listings and digital platforms to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information and identify optimisation opportunities. Marketing Campaigns & Collateral: Design and coordinate marketing materials for campaigns, events, conferences and property tours. Media, PR & Social Support: Assist with media relations, press materials, on‑property media visits, photo/video shoots and social media to enhance brand presence and engagement. Marketing Operations & Administration: Support day‑to‑day marketing operations including event execution, internal communications, reporting, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and collaboration with Marriott International field and digital marketing teams.
